Terms & Conditions
I perform home organizing services at the fee of $265 for a 3 hour session. Additional time may be booked at $55 per hour. Sessions of 6 hours or more are scheduled for an additional ½ hour and include a 30 minute unpaid meal break. Design time and time exceeding scheduled sessions will be billed in ¼ hour increments at the corresponding hourly rate. All on-site work is booked with 3 hour minimums.
Travel of 60 minutes round trip is included in the above fee.
Professional Organizer (PO) does not transport the client or any of their property in PO’s vehicle. I am happy to make recommendations and/or arrangements for trash removal or shredding services. Time will be billed at the hourly rate.
Professional Organizer will not handle the following items:
Money
Jewelry (including semi precious and precious stones)
Medications
Stocks
Bonds
Coin, Stamp or other collections
Checks
Credit Cards
Firearms and ammunitions Fireworks or other explosives
It is the responsibility of the client to remove and secure firearms and other “private” personal items from work areas before work begins.
Suggestions regarding procurement and/or retention of legal, financial, and accounting documents may be made by the organizer to expedite the organizing process. However, all final decisions regarding these documents should be made by your personal CPA, Attorney or Financial Advisor.
A homeowner’s, condo, or renter insurance policy is required to be in force by the client during PO’s services. Client agrees that their homeowner policy is the primary policy for any property damage claim.
You are responsible for your own expenses, including supplies. If I shop for you I will bill you at my hourly rate. Client agrees to reimburse Nest for authorized expenses.
A signed photo release form allows me to take before and after photos of projects for future marketing use.
